31 October, Melbourne – align.me is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan MacInnis of MacInnis Marketing as Client Marketing Director.
Dan brings 20 years of industry experience to align.me and will be positioned as an expert in small business marketing, where we are confident she will become a great asset.
Dan’s role will focus on helping our growth clients to make the best marketing decisions to accelerate their growth. As many small businesses do not have the luxury of an in-house marketer, nor the resources to recruit, train or mentor, Dan is available to oversee the execution of their plans, and offer her own deep experience in developing and building the tactics they intend to execute.
Dan is a highly sought after strategic marketer with extensive experience in sales and marketing for clients within the IT, HR, construction and education industries. Over the years Dan has worked with a wide range of businesses from large corporations through to small to medium companies, delivering marketing and sales plans that have informed business decisions and built better brands.
Since forming MacInnis Marketing, Dan has developed a thorough understanding of the practicalities and realities of small business. She also thinks like a customer! Her focus has always been on understanding customer needs and she combines this with business insights to deliver practical marketing strategies that really work.
Using her customer-centric approach, Dan takes what’s ‘in your head’ and adds her expertise. The result, a system that helps you make better marketing decisions, attract a regular stream of ideal customers, and create a brand that your employees and customers will love!
Dan is recognised as a talented marketer by the Australian Marketing Institute (CPM) and her peers. A social media expert and mentor with the Australian Women Mentoring Network, she runs a regular podcast to help small businesses with their marketing efforts.
As a marketing expert, she regularly contributes articles for publications such as Australian Women’s Network Australia, Flying Solo, Australian Businesswomen’s Network and The Customer Collective. She is the author of ‘Marketing Tips for Small Business’ and has developed a marketing framework that takes customers through the strategic marketing process.
Dan has a Graduate Diploma in Arts, Marketing from Monash University and a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University.
