How We Use AI Today

While we are constantly experimenting with AI technologies to drive efficiency and performance across all business functions, our primary use cases today are in the generative AI space for marketing, specifically content creation for our blog, podcast, webinars, digital ads and long-form content (e.g. reports, blueprints).

As a go-to-market planning consultancy, we have a more programmatic approach. Specifically, within our Funnel Plan web application, we utilize AWS Bedrock to access powerful models like Anthropic’s Claude to assist with go-to-market planning and strategy development. In doing so, we uphold the following principles and practices:

  1. Data Privacy and Security: We are committed to never using customer data from Funnel Plan for training AI models without explicit consent. All user inputs and data are processed ephemerally and in isolated environments, ensuring that sensitive information is not stored or persisted beyond its intended use. We implement end-to-end encryption for all communications and data transfers involving user inputs or sensitive information within Funnel Plan.
  2. Responsible AI Use: The integration of AI models within Funnel Plan is intended to provide valuable insights, recommendations, and automation to enhance the go-to-market planning process for our clients. We maintain strict access controls, auditing, and monitoring measures to prevent unauthorized access to user data or the misuse of AI capabilities.
  3. Transparency and Oversight: We encourage open communication with our clients about our AI practices within Funnel Plan, including the availability of detailed documentation and policies. All AI-generated outputs are clearly labeled as such, and human oversight and review are exercised to ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI.
  4. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to regularly assessing and improving our AI practices within Funnel Plan. This includes conducting bias testing, audits, and implementing feedback mechanisms to identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to the use of AI.
