He is the author of The Leaky Funnel, the founder and CEO of align.me, formerly known as MathMarketing, and a widely published writer and speaker on all matters ‘funnel.’ Hugh has personally led over 300 marketing growth projects in five continents, and trained B2B marketers throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and North America via Funnel Academy.

Brett is both a sales guru and sales and marketing planning leader who transfers his years of in the field experience to assist align.me clients to accelerate their growth.

He is the architect of align.me’s core planning product Funnel Camp, and respected speaker on the topic of Sales Performance. As Director of align.me, Brett has led hundreds of growth planning initiatives, both here and internationally, for some of the world’s best-known brands. He has trained thousands of sales executives in B2B selling processes, and mentored CEOs, Sales Directors and their teams on the alignment of Sales and Marketing for growth.

Nick’s experience spans over 15 years and 3 continents, in a range of industries including online/e-commerce, consulting, government, banking, event ticketing and recruitment. Nick possesses proven and practical experience in leading software development, especially SaaS in critical fields including banking, ecommerce, and market places.

After 5 years leading align.me’s technology development as a trusted consultant and advisor to the business, Nick has joined align.me as Director and CTO to drive our vision for Funnel Plan, and support longer-term plans for making technology a larger component of align.me’s chosen domain: B2B, buyer-centric, aligned sales and marketing.

Suzanne‘s extensive industry experience lends itself well to the ongoing mentoring and direction of the marketing services team. She also has extensive knowledge of our sales and marketing methodology and was one of our first ’recruit, train, mentor’ marketers. It was only natural therefore, that she lead the marketing team in their personal and professional growth.

As Head of Marketing Services, Suzanne works closely with Leadership and the Marketing Services delivery team to ensure they have the right people, developed to deliver the right products for align.me’s current and future clients.

Yulia also leads align.me’s commitment to giving back to the community by supporting Tuxedo Junction, Cancer Council Victoria’s annual fundraising ball, an event founded by align.me’s Director, Brett Bonser. As the Marketing Manager of the Tuxedo Junction committee, she drives their Marketing plan and oversees its execution.
