Business Development Manager

Every day will be busy, challenging, and different from the last. As our Business Development Manager, you will operate as a sales development resource in outbound and inbound demand generation campaigns for several clients and align.me. You will follow up new leads (some warm and some cold), nurture on a schedule those not yet ready, shape prospects’ early concept through great questioning, qualify opportunities, and secure meetings.

We’re on the lookout for someone who:

  • Has been around the block a few times (or a lot – we’re not ageist)

  • Is process-driven (you can’t sleep if the CRM isn’t up to date)

  • Is a multitasking machine

  • Is highly organised

  • Is confident and articulate

  • Is accountable

  • Has exceptional phone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Enjoy’s a variety of work

You will work as a sales resource across a wide selection of selected clients, ensuring that you are always on your toes and that every day is different from the last.  We work at a cracking pace, but our world is not a boiler room. We have passion AND lives.

Flexible hours

You will work flexible hours, anywhere between 1-5 days a week, depending on client needs. This will ensure you are only working when valuable and have time in your week to enjoy life or work on other personal projects.

Assist in the planning of outbound and direct campaigns

Utilise a long list of marketing & sales tools

Engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel

Collaborate with the internal team and key client stakeholders

Provide valuable opportunity insights to assist in client conversions

Report on, and be held accountable to key performance indicators
